1. House Size
The first thing to consider in choosing a home is its size and storage. Make sure that the house is big enough for the unexpected. Even if you are just a couple with a child, your 2-bedroom house should have an extra room or space for the unexpected. Make sure to buy with the anticipation of growth.
2. Using a Property Agent or Buying Directly from the Developer
Many of the property agents are quite knowledgeable with the local projects. They often help you facilitate find your chosen home. But not all property agents are up to date with the latest prices and inventory of the projects.
Directly buying from the developer will help you get the most accurate details. You just need the help of google to identify which project locations are suitable for you.
3. Community Proximity
Another thing you need to consider is the proximity of commercial establishments within your community. Is there a supermarket nearby? Is public transportation readily available outside the community? You might as well consider if there are schools nearby and future developments that may be favorable to you and your family.
4. Amenities & Facilities
Consider also the amenities that the community has to offer. Is the community safe and secured? Are their leisure amenities for your family to enjoy? These amenities will make your family enjoy living in the comforts of your home.
The most important thing to consider is the price. You must always think how much you can afford. Don’t buy a house that is way beyond your monthly budget. Decide first how much you are willing to pay for the monthly payments and stick to this budget.
